Shipping and Return Policy:

Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and your location. Mel Muses is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of curated resale and unique items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review all photos, descriptions, and measurements carefully before purchasing.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, we will make it right.

To be eligible for a refund:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging
• The item must be returned in the condition it was received

Once the return is approved and the item is received, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Additional Notes

Mel Muses carefully inspects and describes all items to ensure accuracy and quality. Many items are pre-loved or unique, so minor signs of wear may be present and will be noted when applicable.
